Westgate Fabrics was founded in 1938 by Mr. Reese B. Davis. Beginning as a simple fabric distributor in Fort Worth, Texas, the company has grown to become an international distributor of interior furnishing products for both home and hospitality use. Our industry-standard innovations, like The Sample Book (a free compellation of fabrics sent to customers), propel us forward as we continue to provide quality fabrics with unmatched capabilities. In 1997, we acquired Payne Fabrics, giving us the enviable situation of possessing two established brand names. When American Decorative Fabrics purchased Westgate in 2004, our position in the fabric industry increased dramatically. American Decorative Fabrics operates its own weaving mill and book making facility. Westgate and Payne brands will be able to use these added resources to offer great products with substantial savings for customers.
